Admission Process
Supplemental Application
| |||||||||||||||||||||||
The current admissions cycle is for the January 2013 BScPA Program start.
Step One – OUAC Internal Application
Instructions:
To submit an online OUAC application through University of Toronto's Internal Application, you will need to create an account and then select the BScPA Program. If you have an OUAC number from previous applications to any school or program, you cannot use that number. You must re-do your OUAC application, creating a new number.
Upon completion of the OUAC application and submission fee, applicants will receive a confirmation indicating the receipt of application and the applicant will be issued a unique applicant’s identification number "OUAC Reference Number". This number starts with 2012 and is required for STEP TWO.
Fee: $90 is to be paid upon submission of the internal OUAC Application form.
Deadline to submit the OUAC Internal Application: March 30, 2012.
Please click here to begin the online OUAC Application.
Step Two – Supplemental Application
Instructions:
You require an OUAC Application number (2012XXXXXX) to complete the Supplemental Application.
If you do not have an OUAC Application number, your Supplemental Application will not be considered.
For more information about the Supplemental Application 2012, please refer to this PDF copy of the Supplemental Application. Read through the blank PDF copy of the Supplemental Application to gain a better understanding of the contents of the application before completing the Supplemental Application online. Both the blank reference application and the link to the on-line application are available on the Supplemental Information Tab.
Your supplemental application must be an original piece of work. The Program will perform random checks of applicants’ supplemental application through www.Turnitin.com for detection of possible plagiarism. Applicants will not be informed that their application has been submitted for comparison. Applications submitted to Turnitin.com will be included as source documents in the Turnitin.com reference database, where they will be used solely for the purpose of detecting plagiarism. The terms that apply to the University’s use of the Turnitin.com service are described on the Turnitin.com website.
If you do not consent to your application being submitted to Turnitin.com, you must contact the Admissions Coordinator, by email, admissions.pa@utoronto.ca to indicate this preference.
Once you begin the Supplemental Application you will be sent an e-mail with a link. This allows you to return to the application if you choose not to complete it all in one sitting.
Fee: $50 is to be paid upon submission of the online Supplemental Application.
Deadline to submit the Supplemental Application: April 30, 2012.
Step Three – Letters and Documentation

For detailed instructions regarding the Reference Letter, please visit Supplemental Information.

Documentation:
Applicants must send required documents including English language test results (if applicable) to the Office of Admissions and Awards, as instructed in the OUAC application.

Please note that the University of Toronto Office of Admissions and Awards will be able to assess international transcripts (at no additional fee). The assessment of international transcripts occurs internally only.
