Dr. Wilfred Chung, MD’79 is the Chief of Emergency Services at the Kemptville District Hospital in Kemptville Ontario and has served on the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre as well as the Champlain Regional Stroke Network's Prevention & Acute Care Committee. He is also the President of The Philomathia Foundation, a family foundation founded and managed by Dr. Chung and his four brothers.

David Caplan, MSc’12 (Biochemistry) is Chief Technology Officer & Cofounder of SolveBio, a genomic intelligence company. He is both a web developer and computational biologist. Prior to founding SolveBio, David cofounded 5by, a video discovery platform since acquired by StumbleUpon.

J.J. David Ho, BSc’06, PhD’13 is a CIHR funded post-doctoral fellow at the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Ho studies how cells survive without oxygen and in April 2016, he created a video describing what his findings could mean for fighting complex diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, and critical care research.

Dr. Brian Goldman, MD ’80, PGME'82, is a longtime emergency room specialist at Mount Sinai hospital, a medical journalist, writer and broadcaster. His 2014 book, The Secret Language of Doctors, interprets some of the invented “slang” doctors use amongst their peers in hospitals across North America.
